WEBREALTY has done an excellent job in marketing and selling our house. As an out-of-State owner, we had to do everything by phone, fax, email, or Fed-Ex. They had to coordinate with my property manager as well as a non-compliant rental tenant. Though this house was average, and was in rental history for six years, I am convinced that I got a fair market value for my home, and that it was done professionally and quickly. The whole team assisted with the processing, overcoming some difficulties concerning showing the house, complying with local laws for septic, moisture intrusion, etc., and coordinating final repairs. Their explanations of the process, all over the phone or by e-mail, were excellent. Their photo of the home for ads was superb!

I'm a first time home buyer and I really didn’t know anything about purchasing a home.It was stressful and frustrating with how competitive the market was, which made both me and my wife scared we will never find a place to call home. We just bought a house in Olympia, Washington by the help of Nicole Kempinski, an agent from the WEBREALTY Team. We were searching for a suitable house in a very good school zone as we have two (2) small kids. Nicole was very diligent in responding to our needs. It wasn’t easy to find a large house in a good school zone and close to Madigan Army Hospital where my wife works. We tried buying a house in Tumwater first, but it didn’t happen because the inspection showed serious problems with this house. Then, we tried buying a house from a builder in Lacey and that didn’t go well either as the builder was using deceptive practices and at the end we decided to walk away from that deal. Nicole never gave up on helping us to find the right house. She was always accurate, diligent, and quick in responding to our needs. We never felt that she was in it for the money only. She was always genuinely interested in finding the right house for us and she enjoys her line of work. She constantly and around the clock was in communication with us even on weekends and late at night. I thought for sure I would get little or no interest from a realtor due to the fact I was just buying land. Boy was I wrong! Punalei showed real interest in helping me find land. She showed me numerous properties that fit my needs and listened carefully to my reasons for not liking each one. Even through my “criticism” she never stopped working and used that information to find me exactly what I was looking for. Well, I’ve just gone through a rather grueling process in purchasing a house. I finally used my VA loan and the situation was very pleasantly handled by a very good friend of mine, Punalei McLean. We’ve known one another since high school and she walked me through the entire process of purchasing property in the US, even though I’m doing it from overseas. The people to whom she referred me for various parts of the process have all been very competent and helpful. I’ve never done this before, and she was a godsend. I mostly just had to sign papers electronically. There was a bit of a hassle trying to transfer funds, but she helped me to work through that quite easily. So, if you’re in Washington State and need to buy or sell, I would highly recommend Punalei. She’s shown me many excellent properties and, when I found one that fit, helped me acquire it quickly and efficiently.

I have purchased a number of homes over the years (many years, many homes) and there is no other agent like Keri. None. At times during a purchase it can get a little (or a lot) nerve racking, and there is Keri saying ‘ Don’t worry, i got this’. I got in contact with Keri pretty randomly and it’s the best thing that happened to me in the course of buying my first house. My partner and I had nothing but bad luck and disasters throughout not just the buying process but actually moving cross-country to get to the house as well. We had greedy sellers with an exceptionally difficult realtor, an overly challenging mortgage approval process because there were two buyers trying to coordinate with multiple bank accounts, work and credit histories, and even a renting tenant that didn’t want to move. I would like to take a moment to write you regarding our experience with Toni. Toni came into our lives over a year ago when my husband was in the initial stages of looking for a home.
